Once your booking is approved, pop into our store and collect your new scoot. For delivery options please get in touch for more information
STEP 3: START YOUR JOURNEY
You have the keys, all you need to do is add fuel. Now Start your journey and get things done.

How old do I have to be to rent a bike?The minimum age is 21

What is the minimum term of rental?The minimum term is four weeks.

Is there a notice period?Yes we require seven days notice.

What type of license do you need to show as proof?A provisional license with a valid CBT or a full bike license.

What if I have points on my license?We will not be able to rent you a bike.

Is a deposit required?Yes the deposit is £300 which is refunded on return of the bike providing there is no damage.

Do you require a proof of address?Yes, a utility bill or bank statement within the last three months

What is included with my rental?We will provide you with the following: 1. Phone holder 2. Phone charger 3. Hand muffs 4. Delivery box

Does our insurance include food delivery?Yes, it does.

Do you provide a helmet with the rental?We do not but we do have helmets available in the store for you to purchase.

Do you deliver the scooter?Delivery can be arranged at a cost but you will need to come to the store with your original proof of identification regardless.

Is maintenance included in my rental?Maintenance is covered for the bike except punctures

What areas do you Cover?Currently we are covering Surrey and the Greater London Area

Is the mileage unlimited?No, we allow 350 miles per week any excess miles are charged at 10p per mile.
